TERMS AND CONDITIONS

My store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products.

By placing your order with Sue Bryan Designs you are accepting the Terms and Conditions listed on this website. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. 

Sue Bryan Designs reserves the right to not accept your order if I am unable to obtain payment authorization, if the item ordered does not meet my quality control standards and is withdrawn or out of stock, or if there is an error in pricing or content. I may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at my discretion. I will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and I will have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the product.

ORDERS

Each Sue Bryan Designs piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 3 weeks to produce. Orders ship after payment is successfully processed.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, taking 2-3 business days for most locations.  I don’t ship to PO Boxes.

If you require a fast-tracked order or a faster shipping method, please contact me before making a purchase. While I try to meet every request, I am a one-person side business and thus cannot guarantee all orders can be fast-tracked.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking and shipping info.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

Please note that I am currently not able to process sales outside of the U.S. If you would like to be added to a list to be notified when I add international sales, please email me.

PACKAGING

Each piece of jewelry purchased from Sue Bryan Designs will be packaged in a delicate mesh bag and modern metal tin, ready for gifting (and to keep your item safe during storage).

If you’d like to include a complimentary hand-written gift message, contact me with the information when you place your order. A white gift box with a small bow and colored tissue are also available for a small fee.

RETURNS

I hope that you are happy with the items you receive. I understand that it can be difficult to visualize jewelry over the internet, so should your purchase not be what you were expecting, I am happy for you to return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were delivered. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are being returned for a maker’s defect.

Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.  Custom orders are considered a final sale.  

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. If this happens, you must file a claim with the carrier.

You must notify me of any return so that I will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without my prior knowledge will be refused.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of returned goods. The Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions above). Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

I sincerely apologize if you have experienced any issues with the quality of your Sue Bryan designs purchase. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact me within 5 working days. I will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible by replacing the item once it has been returned. I will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted me about the issue.

I offer a one year warranty on all designs. If your jewelry has an defect due to a manufacturing problem, I would be happy to fix it for free within the warranty period. To initiate the repair process, please email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible. Outside of the warranty period, I am happy to repair the item for a small fee.

GIFT EXCHANGES

I am happy to accommodate gift exchanges. To start this process, please email me and I will provide you with the required information.
